Folks, there is no evidence that these reports are true.

There are plenty of things to criticise Secco for, without giving him abuse when we don't know what is really going on.

There are very few players in Italy who are as talented as Giovinco in my opinion. I'd give him away for Buffon if the latter wasn't one of us, but that does it. Players from the own academy who have a very good chance to become stars, should be chosen above others. It's something special.

You keep saying this, I keep saying this, but they all will still rant and vent on Secco for all the lies the media cook up.

They cook up to get attention and draw the kind of reaction as you guys are constantly getting, which are shared by the big group of readng consumers that are Juve fans. Invent bullshit and get typical reactions. Thats all the media need, they have earned their living this season to incite hate for Secco and Ranieri (both clueless, Secco way more, but 90% crap are made up of the media), its easy living for them, dont even have to try make convincing bogus news like before to sell, just make up stupid and nonsensical scenarios that would make Juve fans react about our incompetent board, add Secco or Ranieri here and there, and thats all the credibility it needs for you to react strongly...Its like they have conditioned your behaviour with the Pavlov treatment...

How the fuck can anyone believe constantly the crap they spew? Even if its unlikely enough how they say we will give away half our team for Amauri, its atleast 5% plausible for Amauri being a very good player that will cost a hefty sum, but I saw people react when the bogus news of Cigarini being swapped for Marchiso, De Ceglie and Giovinco...I mean wtf??? Cigarini is a nobody, decent talent, but a not so out of the ordinary player that is not half of Giovinco, and at best as good as the other two.... that you would actually react to that ridicolous media crap...

Secco Agrees To Keep Giovinco – Agent
On-loan Empoli starlet Sebastian Giovinco is highly likely to play for Juventus next season, after Alessio Secco came round to the idea of keeping him.

Giovinco is widely regarded as one of the most best young talents in the Italian peninsula, and a certain future Azzurri international.
The 21-year-old fantasista is currently owned by Juventus, but he has spent the season on-loan at Empoli, where he has scored five goals in 29 appearances.

There has been much speculation in the Italian media over the past few weeks over where Giovinco’s future lies next season.

Reportedly Juventus sporting director Alessio Secco wanted to sell Giovinco, along with fellow youngsters Claudio Marchisio and Paolo De Ceglie, and was only stopped in his tracks when Coach Claudio Ranieri vetoed the deal.

It now seems that Secco has come round to the idea of keeping Giovinco, and the player’s agent Claudio Pasqualin has confirmed that he has held positive talks with the transfer director.

"It is still not official, but Juventus are moving in the direction for Giovinco to return to play for them next season,” Pasqualin told Radio Kiss Kiss.

Giovinco is the current star of the Italy Under-21 national team, and there have even been calls for him to earn a late call-up for the senior side at Euro 2008.

he cannot help but make me laugh!!! good news though!
