The problem with the u21 is that no-one can read the game the way he can. The others aren't even close to him.
So he has to adjust to the others and make more simple passes. I noticed that whenever he tries to do something more complicated the others can't read and predict what will he do so sometimes it ends up with a lost ball, eventhough what Gio was trying to do was genius.
When Rossi is playing it works much better because he complements Giovinco better than the other youngsters.

Now, just imagine what will happen when he'll have Del Piero and Camoranesi in his team.

Giovinco was a level or two above the rest of the team and singlehandedly brought them the victory. Having said that, this was one of his poorer displays this season, which should tell you a lot about how good he is.

Nocerino player very good, from this performance I understand why someone called him "the new Pirlo", but then again, he player against a u21 team

Didnt watch the game, but its not suprising he isnt as great when he doesnt have someone like Rossi to work with who is in his level. Noticed similar stuff in the U-21 qualifiers, even if this sounds like he himself was just ok instead of being hampered by average teammates as the azzurrini games. But he showed his impact enough to say the least.
