Yes it can happen but Empoli are our feeder team and Galliani does not have the brain to do that. Berlusconi is out of the club. Plus Milan have their duck.
I'm sure it won't happen.
I want to say that someone, be it Inter or Milan, can try to fuck us up and make it a win-win situation for them. They'll either get Giovinco or they can forse us to pay huge ammount just to get Gio back to Juve.

P.S: Actually, i think it was exactly Galliani who did such a thing. I read about this some time ago in Milan forums but i forget who was the player they got this way :)

Giovinco: I'm Ready For Juve

Sebastian Giovinco insists he is ready for next year's big challenge with Juventus.

The pint-sized starlet spent this season on loan at Empoli where he raised eyebrows, attracting the attention of several major clubs in Serie A.

The playmaker is a product of the Juventus academy and he is currently on international duty with the Azzurrini under-21 squad.

However, he cannot wait to pull on the Bianconeri shirt next term as he looks forward to the big step-up.

"I am ready for Juventus and I can't wait until next season," Giovinco told Sky Sport Italia.

"I want to show the Bianconeri my true worth and value and I will do my best to hold down an important place within the side.

"I am really looking forward to playing alongside Del Piero. I think his call up to the Euro's is great news for the Italian game."

The playmaker scored 6 goals in 35 games for Empoli this season as well as provide an array of assists.

Palermo were after Giovinco and wanted him as part of the Amauri deal but the Old Lady stood firm and failed to give in to Zamparini's demands. It's a move which shows solidarity and belief in the 21-year-old.
