Cancer Boy was a nickname coined by Swag with regards to a picture of Giovinco long time ago. It's a nickname and it has been used on this forum for quite a long time now. For the record, one of the people I most admire in my life passed away earlier today of cancer. So, no I don't wish cancer on anyone.
