well its hard to estimate true value in any case when we take into account the skill of sporting director undertaking the transfer and how greedy the the players agent is n so on.. U'd have to have a lot of spare time to analayse each league and each player in it and come up with a value.. almost as much as spare time as XsempreJuveX

But it can't be very hard to determine who is worth more than who, i.e. that Giovinco is worth more than Nocerino. Exact values are harder to determine.
