Giovinco should just go somewhere he can play. He doesn't here because of Tevez, and Coman is coming through. Logical choice for him is to get out.
Olympiakos would actually be a very good choice, just depends if he doesn't mind playing in a less glamorous league.

Juventus focus on the extensions of Giovinco and Lichtsteiner: the updates
After completing the extensions of Pogba, Buffon and Chiellini, Juventus focus on the contract renewals of Giovinco and Lichsteiner. As for Giovinco, the situation is tricky: he has stated that he doesn’t want to move in January, so, barring an unexpected change of heart, he’ll be free to choose his new team in June. Juventus can’t match the requests of his agent, so he’s likely to leave. On the other hand, there have been many meetings between Lichtsteiner’s representatives and the management and they will probably reach an agreement. He has some suitors in England, but they shouldn’t complicate the negotiation for the renewal.

furthermore, tuttosport states that he/his agent is asking 3.5m for 3 years or a little less for 4 years... wtf?
the only players at juve who earn 3.5m or more are tevez, buffon, vidal, pirlo, llorente, marchisio, chiellini and now pogba. the rest doesn´t even come close to that.
