Yes, if goal.com specify their source, however unreliable, it is different.

And if Secco is so bad there is no need to abuse him when he has done nothing wrong, which is what happen when these articles appear.
It's as if these articles only purpose it to show how bad Secco is not to actually tell anything transfer related.

The problem is that many folk here do not understand Italian and so cannot go to Gazzetta or Tuttosport to check the source.
But during the EUROs the amount of half Italians and those who come from just outside Torino increased drastically, we were counting them in dozens.

But they mysteriously disappeared once Italy went out...

I guess we are back down to not having many folk around who understand any Italian, never mind Italien.

English Giants Set To Snap Up Giovinco?
There are reports that have just emerged in England and Italy over the past few hours that suggest Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool are all hoping to take advantage of Sebastian Giovinco’s contract dispute with Juventus.
Giovinco is one of the most exciting prospects to have come out of Italy in recent years, and he is being tipped by many experts to be a superstar of the very near future.

The 21-year-old, who spent last season on loan at Empoli, is owned by Juventus and is due to be part of their first team squad for the coming season.

However, a few problems have begun to emerge between player and club regarding a new contract. Giovinco is demanding an improved deal, but so far transfer director Alessio Secco is only willing to pay the attacking midfielder €500,000 extra per year.

Some statements, from yesterday, attributed to Giovinco’s agent Claudio Pasqualin appeared to suggest that he was confident that a new deal would be signed soon.

However reports emerging in the last few hours suggest that Giovinco is far from happy with Secco’s offer, and as a result Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool are all ready to take advantage and bring the young prodigy to the Premiership.

Such news, if confirmed, would surely horrify Juve fans, who several weeks ago launched a campaign to keep Giovinco, following reports that Secco was considering offloading him to Palermo.

Will somebody kill these motherfuckers already?

Glenn DeBattista, if you're out there, I hope you die in a fiery car crash and some rabid animal parades your body down the street.

Why are you against Giovinco now? Is it because this board have faith in him so you have to be negative about it?
I am not at all against Giovinco, on the contrary, he is my only hope that why might have a chance of fielding a formation, offensive enough to do the trick against teams with tight defense.
But i found this discussion a bit premature, for both his and Juve's interest we should wait and see his position/role in our team first and decide then,
otherwise there is the risk of taking a decision we might regret.
If he plays 60% of the season's game for ex, he might be worthy of more than just a 500k pay raise...

Ah, sorry. Goal.com has sucked as a woefully inadequate and pathetic replacement for what was once SoccerAge.com/rete.it. The articles typically suck and are pure conjection. There are no longer player lineups, formations, game reviews, etc. Just a bunch of crap newsfeeds and articles. :pado:

Thank you, Goal.com, for f^#$ing up a good thing. My avatar salutes you.

Are you sure? Secco is so stupid he wouldnt even notice a difference beetween Zlatan and a horse! no wait, scrap that. Nobody can! But really, wasnt it Secce who tried to sell him to Palermo and sell Giorgio to Man city?
He tried to sell Giorgio to Manchester city and he admitted that it would have been a huge mistake as for Giovinco to Palermo it was Zamparini's offer and Secco refused it.
