important players...never

cavani will take us to the next level, not matri or gio.

marotta said diego would stay, than sold him. he will do the same with gio given the chance to land cavani.
I'd be totally in for this deal.

Giovinco (22M) + Matri (15M - he's just 27yrs) + 20M = 47M. That's a fuckin lot of money, and players who would be very useful to Napoli.

But we would have to go for a second striker then, even if he's not a high profile like Suarez.

Anyway, if Cavani turns out to be impossible to get, why just dont get Tevez? He's 27/28, comes from a bad season having his value lowered, doesn't like England, is very likely to be a bench player again. For 20M he would be ours. I'd go for him.

well gio`s real value is not 22m, even if we paid 11m for 50%. Maybe gio is the player napoli would be willing to sacrifice cavani for, and thats why we overpaid to get him back. After matris poor season, scoring just 10 goals, his value cant be more than 12m.

gio+matri+20m = 15m+12m+20m=Cavani

fair deal imo.

yeah, napoli should just give him too us...
clearly we have to pay a high price when napoli have a great player, and they dont need to sell. if we had cavani would you sell him for 30m?

When you think about matris contribution last season its ovious that conte dont rate him, and he is almost worthless to juve in that sense.
the going rate for a wc striker (who is not 30y or on last year of contract), is well over 30m these days.
