Tim Borowski, one of the best players in Germany IMO, and probably Werders best player with Klose.

He's strong, tall (194 cms), good at breaking up opposition attacks, has a good header and a great long shot, he's already scored 6 goals in the league this season and 2 or 3 in the CL.


I personaly am a fan of his.

Why? He hasnt been in his best form for a yer or two now and his price has dropped dramatically, but he can IMO still be a good option to have when you need some creativity in midfield, imagine him playing in front of Vieira and Emerson in a 3-5-2, never having to worry about defensive tasks and being able to do his thing.

He's still quite young, around 25 or 26 I think, and IMO would could help rejuvenate his career.

Agreed Zlatan, I would love to have Aimar at Juventus, however perhaps we should go after Rosicky instead as I see him a bit more tactically adept and able to fit our system better. I think Tomas would be able to handle the left side of midfield and cut in towards the center...I mean when he plays a free role for Dortmund he tends to drift towards the flanks anyway, so IMO he will no have much trouble fitting into our system. Aimar MUST have a free role to be effective from what I have seen.
