The problem with these sort of "blacklists", like the No-Fly List, is that you frequently get the wrong person. There's no judge, there's no jury, but you're automatically guilty of whatever because some bureaucrat says so. But I am for background checks and allowing gun shoppes the discretion not to sell you the firearm "just because."
