Juventus confirm Sami Khedira has passed all necessary tests after his cardiac problems and can resume intensive training.
The midfielder had been diagnosed with a cardiac irregularity last month and underwent specialist treatment.
“I’ve had a successful interventional therapy today with an ablation of an arrhythmogenic atrial focus,” Khedira had written on February 20.
A month on and Juventus released a statement announcing the German international had passed all the necessary tests.
He can now resume training, including intensive physical work.
“Sami Khedira, who underwent an electrophysiological study and an ablation of his atrial arrhythmogenic system on February 20th, has passed cardiology tests and can resume normal and intense sporting activity," read the statement.

He's often times bad player but he shouldn't be getting any ill wishes for his health. Hope it's a full recovery he seems like a good lad.

Honestly much prefer him to Bentancur too.
:agree:

Bentancur has been a huge disappointment this season. Thought he would kick on after the really good World Cup he had and the good start to this season. He has looked absolutely awful in midfield for the majority of the season. Having a fit Sami again is definitely a plus.

Yeah, I'm really underwhelmed with Bentancur each time I see him, although he looks like a player with the handbrake on. I haven't worked out yet whether that is down to Allegri or because he doesn't want to make errors.

At times Bentancur seems to me like he knows his stuff, and can play well. I think he had less pressure in NT than here, that's why he maybe performed better.

Bentancur is good only when he sits in front of the defense IMO. Not really a great long passer (Pjanic) but very good at defending + moving the ball froward from deeper positions. Mostly because he can dribble/run with the ball and doesn't crack easily under pressure. He should work on his passing tho.
