Why are most of you often so negative about Khedira? He's a fine CM. Balanced midfielder imo, reads the game well and does his part. Dude has been a starter since forever for German NT and started 3 seasons in a row for Real Madrid.

He's a not a flashy player, but he gets too much stick around here. Pjanic wasn't any better (maybe even worse) against Barcelona but he doesn't get half the critic Khedira gets

No vision, no paasing ability especially long balls that can help us opening the game. No stamina, jogging all the time, can't tackle.
I don't know what is not wrong with him.

Without him we can actually keep the ball in the Opposition half for once.

Nothing pisses me off more then when he runs towards our defense with the ball and lays it off to a defender, fucking guy :(

Sometimes he goes up and forget he's a midfielder leaving Pjanic as the only player in midfield. Brings nothing other than back passes and sideways passes, he's a passenger when he plays and bores the world to death. Gets dominated in midfield by Spal nevermind Barca

I'm sure he will get the usual criticism but thought he had a good game.

His positioning was superb and was very disciplined in allowing us to play our tactics. He read dangerous situations well e.g. reacting and easing Hamsik off the ball when they tried to play him in 1v1 after a cheap giveaway (possibly by Pjanic) early on.

Although I still would've rather seen Marchisio, credit where credit is due he was better than usual tonight. especially the minutes he got in the second half
