How are we always the first to get these players? Pirlo, Llorente, Khedira etc.. Why aren't there any EPL teams interested... Not flashy enough?

Is it just early bird gets the worm?
I was watching an analysis of Neville the other day

EPL teams prefer to buy players alot younger, with big resale value. They'll hand out insane fee's for new players, and if it doesnt work out, sell them for still big fee's.
For example selling oscar around 50mil and getting bale for 75 mil.

Even if Pirlo leaves this season, check this out.

Pogba, Vidal, Marchisio, Pereyra, Khedira, Sturaro.

I mean, are you fucking kidding me?
That midfield is missing creativity and silky smoothness. Alot of similar type of players is not ideal IMHO. Little brain needed with such overload of brawn.

Yep, we will be overly reliant on Pogba to do everything offensively in that selection. Rest are just suited for defensive work or making occasional box to box offensive runs.

Most naturally offensive player in that midfield is Pereyra and that's not good enough.

Tevez dropping back so often will help.

It will help but he is an attacker, you need midfielders who come up with the creative solutions and final balls or else we will be too predictable.

Said it would help, not that it was a solution. :D

Marchisio has really grown into that deep field playmaker role

I think Dybala costs too much to be a bench player for us. I guess the plan for next seaon will be similar to what we saw this season when we slowly changed from 3-5-2 to 4-3-1-2, but instead it will be from 4-3-1-2 to 4-3-2-1. This will obviously happen in time and when Dybala will get used to us and our tactics. It's a long season.

Right now our midfield options, considering Pirlo will be gone, does not make much sense to play 4-3-1-2, unless we want to look really rigid and predictable.

It's massive that we make our moves so early this season, especially with Dybala. Gives the players a full pre-season to properly integrate them into the team.

Exactly, and that's how it should be anyway.

That was also the case with Morata, then that injury fucked things up a bit.

The good thing whenever the game need a defensive play we have the players.

And that goes for offensive play as well with daybala, tevez and hopefully berardi.

The team will be flexable as hell.

I just don't want this transfer to make Sturaro a permanent bench warmer with 50 minutes maximum playing in all competitions the whole season.
