Ehh not great. Back by October I guess, hopefully its his first and his last long term injury for us.

Anyone have any precedents with this injury?

Same injury as Romulo?

The scan revealed a grade two myotendinous junction tear of his biceps femoris.

Similiar injury to Pogba.

Hamstrings are notoriously prone to reinjury and players will often come back too soon and relapse. For an injuryprone player like Khedira it's a pretty awful injury to have.

That kind of stress injury comes from overplaying or playing too hard when out for a while, we seem to pick up quite a few either way.

We picked up a spate of players going down with thigh strain injuries in September last season - Vidal, Evra, Caceres, then later in the season Barzagli and Pogba.
yea, hopefully the medical staff takes everything slowly

And it's not only that two months. He will need at least one month more for getting his match fitness.Caceres suffered same injury couple of times.Pogba also. Not good news at all.We have to buy someone in midfield since Asa isn't fit.Sturaro is fine but can't be a permanent starter.

Juventus were well aware of his injury problems. I doubt we expected him to be fully fit for an entire season.
This doesnt make sense. Theres no point in signing and paying a player who cant play. If they bought him, they should have been 100% sure that he was going to be OK. He was a freebie but he is on igh wages for someone that will be sidelined half the season,
