And Max has some flexibility to bring in what he wants now that he has proven himself to be able to stay for a while. Asamoah will be rotated with Evra most likely (if we dont sign anyone else). he'll only play CM when we have less than 3 CMs not injured/suspended. also, if we play with 3 CMs, i dont think we can keep Romulo. would be too much players. if we use 4 though, like this season, i can see him staying...

Exactly. Any German coming to Italy goes through a proxy, never a direct route.

Personally I never liked Khedira (at least he never played for Bayern) but if his wages aren't too high i guess he is a good addition too our squad.

And the fact that if he flops he would still have good resale value for his past achievements makes it a really good transfer.
