Official: Juventus sign Khedira
By Football Italia staff

Juventus have officially announced the signing of German international Sami Khedira.

The midfielder is a free agent after leaving Real Madrid, and has agreed terms on a four-year deal with the Bianconeri.

“Juventus Football Club has today completed the signing of Sami Khedira,” a statement on the club’s official website confirmed.

“The 28-year-old, who will officially join from Real Madrid on a free transfer on 1 July 2015, has agreed terms on a four-year contract which expires on 30 June 2019.

“Khedira, who is normally deployed in front of the defence as a ball-winning midfielder, is able to cover a lot of ground while also possessing excellent passing and shooting ability, and great vision of the game.

“Bianconeri boss Massimiliano Allegri is set to add a player of class, quality and international experience to his ranks, ready to enrich one of the strongest midfields in world football.”

Add in Rugani too. Granted I know we paid in January but he's coming back this Summer. Arguably a 10/10 now.
Not quite. Rugani, Khedira & Dybala are great. We need to see if we get a Full Back first and how well he sells the deadwood before we can give him a perfect 10/10 :D

Such a good start to the Mercato with Dybala and Khedira.

Hell, if a club like Milan and Inter started off that way, the Italian Media would declare that they were ready to contend for a CL spot.
Not before the annual Hamsik "we believe in the schudetto this year".

You've got it all wrong man.

Only Germans who play IN GERMANY would never leave there to play in Italy.
Exactly. Any German coming to Italy goes through a proxy, never a direct route. :D

That way no one in Germany will notice. :p

Even you have to admit that this is a damn good start
It's an absolute brilliant start...BUT there are two things I think he must absolutely do before he gets a 10/10.

of course I'm not denying that but 10/10 is a bit extreme
I never said that it was a 10/10.

Needs to sell a couple of players first and foremost (ogbonna and Nando), get Berardi in here ASAP and then we could be on our way to a 10/10 mercato.

Needs a full back and sell some of the dead wood...then we can talk about the mercato. It hasn't even opened yet. :D
getting rid of Isla for at least break even or even a small loss would make it the best mercato in the marotta era.

On a serious note, signing Preferably two of Kurzawa, Darmian or Mayke and someone like Firmino would be what I call 10/10

marotta will lose points if he loans out rugani imo especially if we end up keeping ogbonna

Yep. I mentioned the sales/outgoing players and also a full back. Berardi I did not mention but I agree, is an absolute must.

btw where do you see khedira fit in? presuming pirlo would leave, he's not as good as our vidal, marchisio, pogba trio. he's not a trequartista either. either he'll be a benchwarmer/squad player (excellent addition then), or he'll be a starter and one of pogba and vidal would leave (fuck this shit then).
