It's obvious - the government! THey can block any anti-government with the reason that there was some naked kids pictures at that site or how to commit suicide but at first they started to block separatists and terrorists sites and it's good but they don't understand that any other site could be placed on the same IP alongside with separatists site and they both will be blocked

Government benefits =D I have only one logycal chain about this case... Government eager to close all public sites where people can get porno for free... But every porn "firm" (I don't know how to name it precisely... maybe studio, or producing centre=))) has their own website where you can pay for porno. And I have some doubts that all these websites will be banned as well as all these paid TV chanels ! So If you can't get porn fo free you ought to pay for it. Consequently it resembles a simple intellectual property protecting ! And one more point. I think that if some people are seriously filming child pornography and making money on it... they do not upload it in wikipedia or other public websites =D The war against porno as for me has to be quite and disguised... otherwise public fighting only attract an extra attention to it =)
