If Atletico and Juventus pay up what Chelsea are asking, then sure.
At this point in his career, his main concern would be playing time.He could easily use these mid table teams as a stepping stone towards a PSG or a Real Madrid afterall.
If it was a case of Juve bidding some 2-3m less than the other bidding teams than Chelsea would probably reluctantly sell to us cos of the will of the player.
But when you're making poverty loan + option to buy offers,it would be seen as an insult to both player and club.No team is going to accept such conditions especially given it involves a top young talent.

If Atl.Madrid buys Lukaku he would do good in spanish league. I see another Aguero,Costa for A.Madrid while we are trying to buy him for 10-15 milions and ending up with Drogba or some other leach.

Lukaku very difficult

As reported in Spain, Juventus, for Lukaku is not in pole position, indeed. Atletico Madird and 'ready to close for the Belgian striker. Two possible solutions: the loan payment or even the outright sale of 25 million Euros . :sigh:

Rome axis with Chelsea. On the table Lukaku and Benatia - Tuttosport

- - - Updated - - -

Juve have probed the ground for Lukaku who has expressed a desire to leave London. Juve could also be helped by the maneuvers of the Attorney Raiola although the main obstacle is called Atletico Madrid. - La stampa

The updates on Juve-Lukaku via @SkySport: Chelsea said "No" to Juve's offer [on loan with option to buy]. The Blues only want cash (25 mln).

Its pretty clear then, whoever fronts the 25 million, gets him. No chance they'll accept another loan, his stock is rising fast and if he has a decent world cup then we've no little chance of matching bids over 20 million imo.

Sky - Lukaku's injury should not affect the market. Chelsea wants to surrender quickly, but Juve do not want to spend 25 million.
