The defending champions will now have to await their fate after yesterday afternoon’s showdown between Juventus and Fiorentina fell victim to the bad weather in Turin. The rearranged date is set to be confirmed in due course and is likely to be after the Viareggio Cup tournament. Marco Baroni’s side played out a goalless first-leg draw in Florence.
