Not even close currently. If he keeps improving like he has been the past couple months, this could be possible by the end of the season. But right now... kind of a ridiculous assertion.

The discussion about Pjanic has been going on for a while. Not necessarily because of Bentancur, he is a different player.

The point is - replace Bentacour with Can or Khedira and u wont see much difference in our play, but replace Matuidi with Can or Khedira and we are weaker team.
I know that he is young and promising but lets not blind ourselves he still has long way to improve.

That's a bit too harsh imo. He's only 21 and Max gave him little playing time last season. Actually, I'm very satisfied with his display and he really gave us a hand this season stepping up during the absence of Samuel and Can.
