Meh, no. Look at what players City have signed since being a CL team and compare them to PSG's from this summer. Then compare who PSG signed before qualifying for CL with who City signed. Now look at whom Chelsea signed in the summer of 2003. Quite impressive signings.
I don't really get what your point is here. It's only been 1 year since PSG were bought over, they're signings so far have been really impressive. Man City buyout was 2008, they only signed the likes of Aguero, Silva, Yaya in the past 2 seasons. Man City wasted a lot of money on players like, Ben Haim, Jo, Wright Phillips, Bridge to begin with. Same with Chelsea in 2003, Geremi, Smertin, Veron, Bridge again lol etc.

...but anyway back to van Perise himself. I'm really not sure where he's going to end up when you look at everything surrounding the clubs he's been linked with

We had mark hughes, a team that finished in mid table if lucky, Manchester which is a great City but not fasionable, and the job of competeing in the worlds best league.

PSG have Carlo Ancelotti, A team that had a few decent players in a poor league which with the right investment they will dominate for years, And most of all Paris. A huge attraction in itself.

Chelse were already CL Semi Finalists and were way ahead of City in terms of a starting point.

It was far easier for both these clubs to attract top players earlier in their projects. City Had to pay over the odds for good players (if not great) to get us to the next step, Then tinkering to get us to the next level, Then fine tuning to get us where we are now. It was all planned from the start and it has worked. you will now see a different pace to Citys transfer policey. 1 or 2 players who will improve us with a few going out the door. The focus on developing our own prospects will really kick on in the next 5 years. We are now in the position to keep our youth prospects when they come through.

Only history you have is Dennis law's back healed goal sent utd down (which I'm sure were already down) You cared more bout that than all your 2league titles back then.
I see you are a West Ham fan? They are considerably behind City in terms of Silverware. If that's what you mean by History, Does that mean they have less History than us? Would they be even less worthy of a place at the top table than us? Would you be so high and mighty if they were in our position?

Anything less than Jovetic is hopeless at this point....let them keep Pazzini, Marotta is making Conte's choices on the table very difficult...by now Conte has he's hands up in the air.

A shame I thought it was quite obvious. I'll leave it here.

Again, people, this is the Van Persie thread.

There are plenty places to talk about Man City.

I'll just start deleting posts that are not relevant to his potential transfer if the general Man City talk continues.
