But even i who like Arsenal's play and love what Wenger had done with the team over the years, with those invincibles and stuff, what he said was way out of line and angered me a lot.

I'd preferably wouldn't want Van Persie either, even if I would not be mad if we're going for him because he remains a quality player.

He goes missing in some games where you'd expect the opposite, his injury's history isn't reassuring and he's becoming at tad old.
