So I just watched my first pereyra vid. Obviously cant put an opinion on this guy off one video but to get an idea of what to expect from him if he comes is it like a Estigarribia kind of player where in serie B he may rip shit up up but against top level clubs hes a fill in? I have Zero Idea what to expect from this guy.

ideally this guy should be used on the left side, and could prove to be pretty good in counters, say we are holding a 1-0 lead and we plug him in the last 15 minutes to help out defensively and take off on counters down the left side

Basically a more skilled Giaccherini.

I'm far from being excited about this signing but we need players like him. From what I heard he can play as a AM and on the wing. With the change of formation we need them rotation players :D. Guy is still only 23 years old.

Exactly. Definitely the way forward for Marotta. Remember when 29 year old wingers was the choice of transfers..
