    How do you know?

Mancini was maybe being completely unreasonable with his demands.
Could be, noone really knows what's going on in the meetings but I read that he wanted assurance of certain players and there was no agreement.

That's my point; he may have been asking for players that Juve clearly had no chance of getting.

and most likely win the FA Cup. A trophey is a trophey in a Sheik's eye's, I'd guess.
The first trophy is a big deal in that kind of project.

Signals progress and helps build a winning mentality.

Matters even more to City since they haven't won anything since 1976.

although its just reports, i still find it disturbing as to the ambitions of this board, if i recall correctly mancini demanded the likes of sanchez, who i dont think is impossible to attain, perhaps lavezzi and zarate are, but nontheless my worst fears seems assured

Exactly. Marotta wants to settle with the likes of Gila and Monty.

Great turn of events in this fictional story, first he was signing, then he was going to bring Ibra and Balotelli with him and now he's rejecting us. I love those Italian journalists.

i can only hope that is due to wage demands and not demands in incoming players and financial backing, if its the latter, wave good bye to next season
Mancini must've said he wanted Sanchez and Isla like players. Marrotta must've said, let's loan Ibrahim Ba and Zambrotta first and must've offered him 1m plus bonuses if he qualified for the EL, and gotten us sixth spot. Mancini must've argued back, about a new stadium and fans expectations, and the fact that this is Juventus. Marrotta must've said, I think you're expecting too much. Please go and join Piazon at Chelsea. Mancini must've given him some medical advice and hung up the phone. Nedved in the meantime must've yelled Che Cazzo while holding the receiver and listening in on their convo. And on hearing that, the bridge between Agnelli's eyebrows must've collapsed.

Just another day at The Juventus headquarters.

why the fuck would mancini leave City who will now probably get into the champions league, have one of the most talented squads in the world, bottomless pockets filled with gold to add more strength to an already very strong squad, and their first piece of important silverware in years soon to be wrapped up...Mancini moving to Juve would seem very very strange...unless They lose the FA cup, miss out on 4th spot and is sacked. Then it at least would seem viable.
