the problem we have here is that the police are almost completely powerless to deal with kids under 16, British law is an absolute farce because we over backwards trying to accommodate every race,colour,creed we have taken our eyes off of the fact that we have bred a nation of young thugs who the police can't arrest and think they are fucking untouchable. our laws are so fucked up in this country and our society has gone completely to shit,it is about time people woke up to this.
you have gangs of hoodlums who have terrorised people with mental health issues for years getting away with it until
A-a woman kills herself and her young mentally handicapped daughter as she is terrified after years of abuse
B-an elderly man with learning difficulties is beaten to death after years of abuse by teenagers
C-a mother and daughter with learning difficulties are killed after teenagers put fireworks through their door and their house burns down.
each time the police were "aware of the claims" that these vulnerable people were targeted and pretty much ignored the situation because "the law wasn't set up to protect them or prosecute the offenders"
it says everything about this country that a public enquiry has had to be opened after someone waving a gun about got shot,why? because he never opened fire at the police first

Nine people were arrested in the local trouble I had, they weren't kids either; late teens and early twenties, and one guy was in his forties.
