all the "big" teams have one centre fordward developing among the 1st team. just by staying with world class players like pirlo vidal tevez will help the development of players like marrone rossi boakye.... it's worth giving a go and maybe lay him in the CL against shitty oppositions?

Milan made it third in serie a last year with an average age of 20 between SAS, Balo and Niang.. Even with a small amount of chances he'd be able to prove himself at the big scene for the best team in Italy behind him..

yes, and what about dortmund and barcelona? gotze and reus were and still are around thier early 20s and they are fantastic, and thiago alcantara managed to learn from xavi and iniesta and now he has developed into a great player. we need to give these youngsters to learn from first team experience then loan them to another serie a side and then when they develop fully to come to 1st team.

I have more hope in an established international who has a proven record of scoring at a decent level in Spain, than I do in young Richmond...who has yet to score even a single goal in the italian top flight. Still...its a brilliant opportunity for the black fella, and he brings an explosive, raw power to the squad's attacking options which only Tevez can mirror. (Tevez can do a hell of a lot more...obviously).

Wonderful news to see Conte really changing the climate at the club in terms of giving youngsters a chance. I think we turned down 6-8 clubs for Richmond's purchase/loan/co-own. Shows that someone important has very high hopes for the lad.

Comparing Reus, who arrived to Dortmund as "Bundesliga Footballer of the Year" to Boakye, who was mediocre in Serie B. Definitely makes much sense, Forza Rakib!
