I would say 50M is a heist by Bologna but they have to give half of it to Basel, so they’re actually getting fucked lol. They deserve it.

Is there any stipulation that Baloney needs to sell him outright and not via player exchanges? I mean, we can give them HugeSuck and a bunch of players.

We kinda broke, that's all it's about.

He would been a perfect ass signing.
But we kinda aren’t if we are dropping 50 on Koop, 20 on Kephren, and 25 or whatever on Luiz.

Arsenal too of all clubs? They don't even ever win anything. And on top of that, to be played out of position? It just sounds like career suicide, it feels like Pogba going to United or anyone to Chelsea.

He is presumably signing for best possible club that can afford him. It's big opportunity for him, he can't wait around for clubs who not willing or able to make big enough bids to sign him.

I doubt they will use him as LB. Tho they can try because Arteta likes using CBs as fullback (White, Kiwior, Tomiyasu) That's all he does, stay back and pass a little . Players that were CBs turned into fullbacks. Atleast for Calafiori is the reverse. A fullback that became a CB.

But Calafiori is good enough to compete with Gabriel for CB and take his spot. And since Arteta is a possesion coach he would love CB like Calafiori.

It also doesn’t help that Arsenal fans are some of the most juvenile, dumbed down, little faggot fanboys on the entire planet. At least the Manchowder folks boo their own team when they suck.

We simple have no place for another defender unless someone is sold. Imo he will end up as another Kiwior, good prospect joining arsenal from serie a who will get lost there. They are even very similar players lol.

Arsenal have been a stable club since the past few years. Within touching distance of winning the PL over the past couple of years.

Sooner or later they're going to win a league title especially with Pep's cycle coming to an end so talking them up like they're a Roma level club is pretty ignorant.

These days, Arsenal are a pretty attractive destination for young, flavour of the month players. And Arteta is slowly shaping up to be one of the top coaches in Europe(similar profile to Motta as well).

Understandable decision from the player if he went to Arsenal.

Don't know either it's right or fake news, but if it's true what's the reason of this pathetic and unprofessional attitude toward juve?

Didn't Bologna sell Tomiyasu to Arsenal not long ago? There must be an existing relationship there and it helps when you have EPL cash. The Basel clause simply meant no club in Italy could afford him.

Are people forgetting that Calafiori has a long injury history including a very serious ACL injury? He looked great playing as a CB in Thiago Motta's system. He won't have the same role at Arsenal.

His defensive skills honestly aren't great. If it weren't for his "aura" how much is he truly worth?
