True. However, people love ratings. You can't rate with the power of hindsight. In sports, you always give ratings at the beginning and then revisit those ratings at season's end.

I gave it a 9 because perfection doesn't exist.

not because i have high standards! but because i don't have high hopes on zakaria .
also i think ramsey and kulu will come back and bite us in ass again.
for that reason i give it 6.5/10.

Before the mercato I was depressed with Juve matters. Now, after it's ended, I am ecstatic. I'm giving it a 10 due to the enormous gap between (low) expectations and what actually ended up happening. It feels like we've gone from being lost to being highly relevant again. Darkness turned to light, and I'm finally looking forward to watching games again. Vlahovic is worth a 9 in itself, but what bumps it up even higher is that we showed clear intent of improving that midfield, while at the same time throwing out the garbage.

I find it hard to go for the .5 like 9.5 makes sense but maybe it's my inner maths child, that would round that up to 10.

When you look into how the club was struggling and the areas that needed reinforcements, I would argue this is probably the best winter mercato by any major club across europe this season.

The only thing that could have made this better was a solid option at LB, but if MDS and Luca csn stay fit, i’m happy.
