Well, I had enough nerves for today, but I'm still hanging on this thread, and maybe that thing Ian was talking about, I mean more passion and feeling on the boards, is what we need.
First of all, to combat Arturo - you know, we girls are kind of different from you, boys, but I'm sure this was a lesson your mother gave you since you were like 2 years old and digging in the sand. We have different ways of acting. Myself, I am one of the most affectionate and affective persons on these forums, and you know that. I am really attaching myself from certain people around, that is due to my simple character maybe, one that wishes everything to be nice and peaceful. But I don't fill 2 pages with kisses and hugs. Those are for MSN and PM and other M things. You are right and wrong at the same time, and that is controversial. You should know that, for a girl like me, living in this forgotten by God Romania, these forums are a blessing. And I don't mind if you are a serial killer. And another thing : I could swear that you were never hypocrit, as you said, and I was never. And you know why : because at this age of us we all have a kind of honesty and innocence still kept, no matter how macho you think you are
. So stop complaining about that. But on the other side : girls, less kisses and loves s'il vous plait. Those are just made to confuse us

About the serial killer thing, it was just and example bloody!. It was just to show that you cant know enough someone from the internet, to love him. Thas my point. the online dates and so on, i dont believe in that BS, why? because to know and love someone, you need to share a lot of experiences, good and bad, in the real life. In that way youll undertand and learn much more about that person. Here you can know something, but just the things that the other one wants you to know. Understand?. And of course im not hipocrisy.
About the problen. Well although your post was good, i still believe that the problem is there.

I have never pretended to love somebody on these forums, in the way I am thinking now. I care about some persons, that is true, but many of them I know better than you might think, because voice doesn't cheat and faces don't lie, and I think I'm still able to distinguish a serial killer from a computer expert
. I've got 9 from 10 after all at Anders' test.Then, you are not powered to decide how am I spending my life. Trust me, you don't know nothing about my other life, the real life, to call it like that, as code name. What I'm doing on these forums is totally different form my life, which is more rougher than you might thought. But we are not discussiong psichology and I'm not coming here to complain. And, especially, we are not talking about anybody particullary. But indeed it was my mistake to remind you of my feelings.

Well I can't say I'm a big fan of the lovey dovey crap, as you so gently put it but a community automatically shapes itselfs to the majority, just like society.
Right now we, like it or not, have a lot of people around here that DO like that mushy crap and so there are many threads to be found of the wave-length thereof.
What I suggest you do is get some people and start some fierce discussions on football related matters. Guests visiting this forum who like such discussions will register and join the battle, shifting the balance back again.

Well, I think that I've deciphered that mess of seudo-egnlish correctly (sorry, but I appreaciate whole words). MY point is not that I want people to be angry all the time, my point is that the forums were fun when people got angry about things. They loved their team so much that people saying derrogatory things made them angry. I want people to stop being so accomodating. Be nice, be pleasant, but don't back down. That's what happens too much, people back down when there is still plenty of discussion to be had, and that is my point. I suppose that the use of the words pissed off were used because people are less likely to let an arguement go, if they are emotionally involved in it. That's what I mean, it used to be that people had some concept of consequnce, that they could construct or construe some type of meanig or importance from what goes on here. I don't see that anymore...
Yes, indeed, you are probably right, as usual. But, I'd rather not have to resort to that, if you know what I mean. I imagine, that this revolution you propose would alienate so many people that it may not be worth it. I mean, the things that I'd have to do personally, are numerous and potentially hazardous, which is why I started this thread. I still hold the hope that through a bit of discourse we can all acknowlege the issues that exist here and work towards a more balanced forum. Now I sound soft, don't I?

i remember saying something like "there are a lot of Polish Jokes that portray them as "snot smart," but i dont agree with them and Vit is the biggest example proving that the jokes are completey unjestified....."
