Like many others, I have become reluctantly accepting of the ineptitude of our board and manager. This last four weeks have been one of the worst I can remember as juve supporter. And if I feel like that, I am sure the feelings are mirrored across the world of juventini...I have never been so desperate to see a manager leave. Either Juventus or Gillingham ( i also follow the league two battlers Gills as was born in Kent).

I have never felt so strongly that the clubs problems on the field are down to the coach, more than any other factor.

When we are struggling to grab a draw, at home, to lecce, I know that there is something deeply wrong with our club. If we can feel it, so can the players, so can the management, so can the board, so can the owners...And something must be done.

Is there any real chance that Cigli and his deputies will go back on their word, and sack him?

Its a battle. On one hand, they want to maintain their integrity, and in some warped but understandable way...> sticking to their word, continuining to back Ranieri.

Still, their allegiance should be to the club, not to their egos. Elkann, I hope, is right now turning the screw and saying BASTA.

I read a rumour on goal about ferrara taking over for the final four games of the season. Probably bullshit...but I like the idea. I don't see how he could do any worse than Ranieri, and he knows the youth team extremely well, so perhaps we could blood a few youngsters...Leaving him in the Job now, if theya re to sack him in the summer, is useless, and damaging. Its clear that he has lost the fans, and also, lost the players. What reason is there for him stay???

Can this situation seriously continue, indefinitely, until the end of the season when Cogli will say 'we are dissapointed, we understand the fans frustrations, but we have a 5 year plan, we are 3 years into it, and doing ok'...

I was pissed off to see us losing, in the first half, to Lecce. But the idea of defeat was tempered by a certainty that Ranieri would have to be culled. That is not the same as wishing defeat onto Juventus. Far from it...it is merely my heart crying out for the Shit Cloud to be lifted from our club.

Is there a chance of him being sacked this week? Or in the Summer???

If so, who will come in to replace him???
I like Gian Piero Gasperini. He has done wonderfully this season...and has history with our club.
Conte needs to cut his teeth with a decent team, in a decent league, before he should be given the chance to run Juve...I dont question his heart and determination, I just would prefer someone more experienced. You need more than heart and spirit, to do well at Juventus.

Other than the Gian Piero Gasperini...who else is there??? And would he come to us???

“How could I ever say no? Juve represent about 20 years of my life,” Gasperini, a few weeks back.

Is this really possible though??? That Ranieri will be sacked this week?? or is it just an oasis on the horizon for a man dying of thirst and deluded???

, no need to stress down ourself . things will only get better after this awful season . :)
Were not having an awful season. You guys are making it sound like were in Roma's position. Those who expected us to win the champions league or serie A weren't being realistic. At the start of the season I knew were going to finish 3rd, the team we have isnt as good as inters or ac.
Ranieri isnt doing that bad a job, he's just not taking us the extra mile, that ppl want. Sure were going through a bad patch but all teams go through this. Remember AC at the start of the year ? Besides we have too many injuries.
Until Juventus buy some quality players, then expect us to finish 3rd year and year out no matter who the manager is

I still wouldn't expect much at all if Ciro is standing where Ranieri was next week though. So really don't see the point in letting go of Ranieri immediately.

Well the team obviously aren't behind him nor do they have faith in his leadership ability. They know what he is... a bumbling fool. I think it would boost the team to show them that they won't let this type of rubbish carry on and drag itself out longer then necessary. Why would they want to torture the team like that?

Fact of the matter is the team won't play for him anymore. We'll still go out on the pitch but we'll be trounced every time. This is a bad thing. This will just get worse. He seriously needs to be removed. The pressure is too much he has never and will never be able to handle it.

It's obvious that Ranieri lost the players. How could they go to the pitch and fight keeping in mind that he is standing at the bench? I.e. Inter players play for Mourinho, who can find motivating words, who can win their respect.
Ranieri should leave. Better now than at the end of the season, which we are risking to end fourth.
As for possible successors with all respect to Gasperini, Prandelli and Conte I prefer Spalletti. He has great experience in CL. Something that Gasperini or others lack. I'm not expecting us to win CL next season, but Juve must do well in Europe, reaching quarter or semifinals.
Roma is in trouble and Spalletti may leave the club at the end of the season or even could be sacked. So Juve can take advantage of this situation and persuade Spalletti, who is one of the best Italian managers at the moment.
