He's known for tinkering with tactics thus the nickname. Other than that, he's not the best coach we could have gotten but the best rejected us. Welcome Tinker man, should be a very amusing season however it goes.

So you think that Vialli is a better coach than Ranieri, huh?

How many clubs has Vialli managed? Ranieri has been in England, Italy and Spain, in how many different leagues has Vialli been?

Thank you :)

Did you know Marcello Lippi when he took over Juventus in 1994? Vialli would've definitely been a better fit because he has had the Juve mentality and it's a lot easier to come back to a club and fit with it's ideals when you've played your part in their illustrious history. Vialli may lack the cosmopolitan experience, but his string of results with Chelsea showed that he definitely had what it takes to make the cut. Ranieri on the other hand has experience in England, Italy and Spain - with almost nothing to show for it. Why? Because he lacks the killer instinct, that Juve sorely need to get back to where they belong: the top.

In the same way I can say that what was missing with Ranieri is the club itself. He was coaching lame clubs, Chelsea was nothing near the club that Abramovic turned it into (with all that they have managed the league and the FA Cup) and Valencia is like Spain's Inter. The killer instinct you speak about is Juventus itself.
