Just done deal it ASAP. There is no striker of his quality on the market that we can sign with equal or less money.
I'm fine slow playing the situation. It's not like he'd be joining a new club and would need time to get acclimated. He'll be ready and comfortable from day 1.
As long as Kolo Muani rejects every option and holds out for Juve, we have the upper hand leverage wise to get the terms we want, as PSG will have zero intentions of keeping him for the first half of the season.
They want a high price + obligation and we want a low price with option to buy. Meet in the middle where both sides are happy. I'd be good with an obligation to buy if it saves some money on the transfer fee, or how it's structured. If they won't budge on price, work towards an option to buy where both clubs can reevaluate the situation once again next summer.
There's no need to give into PSG's demands on July 30th, especially with David already signed and Vlahovic still here.
It's so rare that we have leverage in negotiations --- show some restraint, be patient, and use it.
