i dont think either player is the solution to our current problems. Ideally i think who ever would join would be good enough for back up...and Giovinco is at an age where he can no longer play second fiddle to others...therefore i think ramirez would be the smarter option.
This is of course only if Marotta brings in someone better as the starting option...Eg. Hazard.

Ramirez is a project that will cost us 20 million and is nowhere near a starter for a consistent and a potential CL contender in the new Juventus. Giovinco will cost less than 10 million and is mature enough in his football. Also he is a better footballer 2012, don't be so biased and go watch him play. Low risk high reward.
