Until last year only 1 non-EU could have been bought out of Italy. Last year they changed the rule to 2 non-EU (for this i'm 100% sure. Milan registered Shevchenko and one kid from Uruguay, so they couldn't register Thiago Silva later).
I didn't hear that the rule was changed this year. If it isn't then we still have 1 more non-EU spot open.
