Ok let's get Spalletti. Zenit has the best goals against in the whole Russian League, he's changed!

Or there is a mutual parting of the ways, where little or no cash changes hands, which is what Juve will be looking for in this case.
That is of course another possibility, albeit merely a theoretical one if you ask me. I really don't see why Liverpool would go along with such a proposal.
Unless of course Liverpool wants to get rid of him, which is very unlikely to begin with, and even then they should ask for compensation since they know other teams are interested in his services.

If Juve want Benitez, Benitez wants Juve and Liverpool want rid of Benitez (which is not impossible) a mutual parting could be possible.

It would involve a game of brinkmanship between Juve and Liverpool, with Juve threatening to walk away and leave Liverpool the £16m to pay to get rid of Benitez.

It's not a likely scenario, though.

Hence, a theoretical possibility :D

So, assuming we'd have to pay some serious money to release him from Liverpool (regardless of his eventual wages), how would you feel about getting Benitez?

Personally, it's not something I would be willing to do.

Depends on how big the fee was.
