He will probably play 4231 which 90 percent in here favor at the moment. The same formation that Melo excelled in, when playing in purple.

He seems to be taking a fitness staff with him.

He has won more than most coaches. Some say luck, some say jesus christ, I say a little of both with a huge amount of skill. Loved by fans and players in Liverpool until this season where everything has been fucked for them.

He has one more or less proven weak side, which is transfers. And here some even argue that he is not that bad, no matter what you think you can't take Reina, ALonso, Mascherano and Torres away from him. We don't know what kind of say he gets in that, traditionally with italian teams it is not going to be him performing the transfer campaigns.

I won't say he will solve our problems, but just arguing that he can't is just plain wrong.

I didnt say he can't I said I don't THINK he will solve the problems but then again a lot of it depends on how wisely we spend the money we're given.

We need 2 good wing backs, replace Momo with someone like Masca, start playing Marchisio in the middle the left wing isnt his proper position, use Diego more efficiently and to do that provide more support with Giovinco and invest in a good winger similar to Robben.

Lastly get rid of Amauri, Camo, Grygera, Zebina and all the extra garbage we have and buy decent strikers>

If at least half of those actually happen Benitez should do well if he's given enough depth in the squad

Even if Benitez is stubborn and heart-tied to the 4-2-3-1, that is OK. With aging strikers in Trezeguet and Del Piero we will soon be short on forwards, plus I would like to get Gio in the midfield.

It would be interesting to see who he would bring in for the flanks though. God I hope not Dick Cup and/or Benayoun.

Although Benayoun at Juventus would mean less fans across the globe...

No no, I don't mind the 4-2-3-1 at all provided we have a proper striker and good wingers, plus someone who can send in those through balls to the wings deeper in midfield.

The versatility is also ideal.

I don't mind that he has his heart set on the 4-2-3-1. I prefer it over the straight 4-4-2.
