Benitez' overbearing managing style could be good for this Juve, the more responsibilities he takes away from our incompetent board the better. I would love to get Benitez but if the stories in the press are true he is almost playing games with our board, not denying them but not committing to anything either.

If not Benitez than I would prefer Capello or Prandelli although neither seem likely right now. Hell no to Allegri.

I would really have liked to get Laurent Blanc but that seems even less likely than the above mentioned managers.
He's not playing with your board.

He's remaining non-commital as he is currently manager of another club which is currently in season. Any manager in his position would take a similar stance.

Iaquinta on the wing is hilarious to think about. He will be expected to dribble for long distances and make crosses?

Let's be real, his best position is center back.

Rafa isn't the best coach in the world but if we can get him without even qualifying for the CL, I'd be more than happy. Especially if the another choice is Prandelli

I wouldn't mind Kuyt if we can get him cheaply. As for Mascherano, we already have Marchisio Poulsen Melo and Sissoko. If we can get rid of 2 of them, then it would be OK to splash on Mascherano. Otherwise I don't see the point and the money should be spent elsewhere instead.

If Benitez can't free himself, Juventus President Jean-Claude Blanc has devised a Plan B whereby Fiorentina boss Cesare Prandelli will be hired.

The Bianconeri have also moved to make Sampdoria's Beppe Marotta their new director of sport.
Plan B

I think we ought to just look at our options available and accept that benitez is the best option we can go for, he can't be any worse than zaccheroni, whilst he seems to have a clear idea as to the areas that need to be worked on in particular the kind of personel he wants in defence. Even if prandelli was available i still maintain that benitez is a far better option, certainly the way it is looking its either benitez or no one.

You are tedious sometimes asking me why on every opinion I make.

I want Kuyt at Juve because I like the player and I think he can add something to the squad. I like the work effort he puts in his games, I like his presence on the pitch and I think he's a typical Juve player.

Not every opnion, just the ones I can't find a reason for on my own :p

As for Kuyt, he does work a lot on the pitch and gives his all yet he's injury prone and he aint getting younger either and that would mean he'll quit that habit of running all over the place sooner than later and quite frankly I don't want to splash a 8-10m on a player who won't add anything special to our squad and who'll only fill Camo's place in the injury room.

Yea but no matter what you say I won't change my opinion on wanting him to join us.

Kuyt is perhaps exactly what we need. We have a bunch of lazy players, and getting a player with drive and passion might just be the key.

This is not a comparison by any means. But just look what happened to our team when we lost our most driven and passionate player, Nedved.

We should have snapped up Olic when we had the change to get him for free. Everyone was laughing and pointing fingers, but he is one of the main reasons for Bayerns succes in the CL.
