Benitez is the best of the lot we can get imo unless Lippi returns. their is a reason why Rafa wins in Europe and not the EPL, thats because European football is played at a pace much like Serie A and La Liga while the EPL is a high tempo hustling game. I think Rafa will do well in Italy because of his tactical ability infact I know Rafa willl succeed his coaching style is built for Italian football.

Indeed, well said. Apart from the bringing back Lippi part.

There's no doubt Benitez is a great manager, I'm just worried that we won't get him. I really hope we do though. I wish Zacch good luck for the next several matches left this season but after that he must part his own way, and we must lure Rafa.

I still think Prandelli is the perfect coach for Juve but his relationship with Corvino, The Della Valle family and the Viola fans makes it almost impossible.

I was strongly against Rafa, but reading the other names linked to this position over the past year, Rafa is certainly an upgrade. I mean the likes of Zaccheroni, Gentile, Zoff, Laudrup, Juande Ramos and Giampaolo make Rafa a jewel. Guus is overrating himself with the massive salary he requests.

I'm accepting the fact that Rafa is destined to come to Juve next season. I really wish him great luck. Lippi? I hope he returns to Juve. Not as a coach, but as a director or even a president to replace one of the incompetents we have.

Apparently Elkann wanted Prandelli but Blanc & Secco went after Rafa.

Lippi as a director would be fantastic. Just no more coaching.
I completely agree.

I think all the media really hyped Guus, he's good and all but for what he's asking is kind of ridiculous. I'm sure someone like Benitez can be just as useful at their tactician.
I think that Russian Federation actually play some silly games trying to earn some extra money on Guus. And Guus is just their weapon to get the money. I wouldn't be surprised at all because they have criminals in every segment of their system.

well then u better have 14 million euros in your bank account if u want Hiddink
14 is damn much I think that 6mil/y would be the exact wage and considering we used to pay 5 mil/y to crapello it's not a big difference .

The Russian Federation had nothing to do with Guus ridiculous request. According to reports, they already gave him the green light to work with a club side. It was all about him and his greedy agent.

I think Guus wanted more than 6 mil/y, and he was greedy enough to ask for a 3.5 mil for the 6 remaining months of this season, which makes it a ridiculous 7 mil/y.

Plus, Capello >>>>>>> Guus. No comparison between the two! If we used to pay Capello 5 mil/y, why the hell should we pay Guus 6 mil/y?
