Details of those negotiations for the €15m-valued midfielder have now emerged. According to the Corriere dello Sport, the Old Lady are prepared to pay €10-12m as a fee for the 23-year-old and also hand over a number of players.
Specifically, Cagliari will be given an option in the summer on Ciro Immobile, who is currently on loan with Pescara, a possible loan deal for this season for Cristian Pasquato, who is likely to be recalled from Lecce, and co-ownership of Cesena’s Marco Parolo.
