Have they done it again where you have to watch a massive outro between games? You ended up having to dashboard over and over to play it last time.

Only when you boot it up for the first time in a session. If you finish a game, you just say no to going to their website (if yes, go out of the game and have to reboot it), then you can just pick teams and play another game.

Anyways, it's never been either Fifa or PES for me, I like both but in the last 2 years I've bought Fifa. PES demo was really impressive, I liked the passing and dribbling. Still unsure which I'll buy this time though.

the way passes link, and the players run and shoot at fifa can't be matched by pes (yet)

and yes i played the pes 2012 demo..i didn't saw so many improvements

True, the few demo games I've played the gks were terrible and didn't catch anything even the most simple shots. Reminds me of pes6 when the best way to score was to run around the keeper while he would just stand still.

Same here, I also bought fifa in the last 2 years. Dribbling in pes demo is nice but the skill moves in fifa still looks better and sometimes I just love to dribble and do skill moves instead of trying to score. I'm glad Juve will finally have a 5*skill move player next year in FIFA with Elia.

That's just PES being realistic. Barca players on the game are more than players.

You played with Barca players? But the dribbling is very dependant on the player, quick skillfull dribblers are tough, while others are generally manageable. Messi, Sanchez, Iniesta and so on will be pretty unstoppable dribblers, but someone like Busquets who is slow and more about shielding the ball with clever turns and such, wont be etc.

I used Milan alot in the demo, someone like Pato and Robinho are quite handful for my opposition to handle, while slower dribbles like Seedorf arent as much etc.

Sad news!

PES 2012's first playable demo will no longer be released on the Xbox 360, Konami has confirmed.

The news was announced on Twitter by PES 2012 project leader Jon Murphy, who apologised to fans and admitted that issues on "both sides" were to blame.

"Sorry to confirm that due to issues on both sides we can't release the 1st PES 2012 demo for 360. We've tried hard but have to give up," read the first tweet.

"We - Konami, the PES team and myself - are all really, really sorry," he added.

The first of two planned PES 2012 gameplay demos was due to be released on August 24, but suffered a last-minute delay on the Xbox 360.

A second demo featuring a new roster of teams will be released on the PS3, PC and Xbox 360 shortly.

PES 2012 will be available on September 27 in North America and October 14 across Europe.
