The Primavera were back in training this afternoon, three days after their Coppa Italia adventure came to an end in the capital. Marco Baroni was without the five players called up to represent the Italian Under-19 side: Rubin, Schiavone, De Silvestro, Beltrame and Padovan.
Despite the absences, the group assembled in Vinovo to focus on their final championship run-in. With the Viareggio Cup already in the bag, the league leaders will now aim to secure a strong finish to book their place in the end of season play-offs.
They will face the first of their six remaining fixtures on Saturday, when Sassuolo make the trip to Turin.
