Dude, stop getting so worked up about race. You live in a country that is ridiculously politically correct. I get it. You're black. You feel like you have fights to fight to be accepted. Guess what? You don't. This shit happened in the sixties in Sweden. It's too late, man.
So you're saying the whole African kid that's older that he looks joke isn't cliché, offensive, and unoriginal as it looks?

And Europeans have the nerve to tell me that they aren't racist as Americans.

I never said Europeans weren't racist.

Also, the joke was made by a Chinese Jew. Hardly someone who wouldn't face discrimination himself.

    GK) Emil Audero (1997)
    GK) Mattia Del Favero (1998)
    GK) Leonardo Vitali (1998)

    DC) Giulio Parodi (1997)
    DC) Stefano Pellizzari (1997)
    DC) Filippo Romagna (1997)

Too old/out of favour who are yet to be loaned/sold:
    Carlos Moreno Blanco
    Niccolò Guiducci
    Ahmed Rassoul Gueye
    Lorenzo Granatiero
    Alberto Ruossos
    Vykintas Slivka
    Vajebah Sakor
    Hector Otin Lafuente
    Younes Bnou Marzouk

Eleteuri and Muratore are cool ass names :D

Thanks  So Vadala will officially play with primavera I see. Btw any reason why Romagna isnt in our pre-season selection so far? Thats alot of new inclusions, but who of them from Berretti level are the more promising names?

This season they are not signing piles of young foreigners to the allievi and primavera, since results have been mediocre since the start of this policy with Paratici (from 2011 on). Foreigners weren't that good or didn't adapt, but the fact is they didn't develop at all.

Now apparently they will focus on the Italians, moving up the best of the allievi and keeping some who were already with primavera.

Good move IMO. It lacked stability. They changed the team a lot every season and made crowded squads with 30/35 players. No one could develop on that mess.

That's why they decided to keep Grosso. But that looks like a mistake, since he's a rookie manager who failed to provide tactic stability to the team last year.

Also Juve's policy is to use very young kids on the primavera - mostly 17 yr old kids, while the majority of other clubs use 18/19 yr old kids. This makes a huge difference. Torino won the national primavera league last year in big part because of this - using 19 yr old guys.

At Juve, when they are 19 it's time to loan them out.

It will be interesting to see what will they do with the likes of Buenacasa, Marzouk, Donis (was loaned out to Sassuolo last year, hard to see him getting minutes this year), Sarkor. All talented foreigners who didn't develop on the mess that was the primavera team and now will be loaned.

About the primavera team, midfield and attack are clearly talented. But defense was beyond horrible last year, a lot of problems with CBs and fullbacks. They were pretty damn bad. If there is to be some improvement on the team, it will have to start from defense.

    Main prospects still are:

    Audero - GK
Del Favero - GK - came from allievi and is a starter at Italy U17 or U16
    Romagna - CB - despite his horrible 14-15 season;
    Lirola - RB - came from Espanyol, part of Spain U19 setup, was one of the best players of the national team;
    Vitale - CM
    Macek -CM/RM
    Kastanos - AM
    Clemenza
    Vadala

Both Del Favero and Vitali are very good prospects, but then Audero also is and is older, so if Audero doesn't go on loan (Lega Pro?) he will rotate with the others. Of course this sort of thing affects results somewhat, the constant rotation of players, but for now there is a fairly clear XI, along the lines of:

    Audero

    Lirola - Romagna - Severin - Zappa
    -------------(Parodi)

    Muratore - Vitale

    Vadalà - Clemenza - Cassata
    (Macek)------------------------

    Favilli

@PedroFlu - I'd take Kastanos out of your most promising list for this season and add Zappa, the Cypriot is a little inconsistent and quiet. I'd also add Cassata.

Arras is also promising but he's 90% going to Cagliari on loan with their Primavera.

Agreed. Udoh should have the starting spot over Cassata though, and Macek will rotate as a CM. along with Pellini.

Zappa is highly regarded, never seen him play, he arrived midseason along with Cassata and Favilli. Favilli, by the way, is seen as a very ordinary player.

I'm not sure about that defense though.

Word is that Milan's allievi/primavera is really great. Inter has the best foreigners in Italy, Roma the best Italians, Lazio and Fiorentina are very good too.

We seem to be in worse fashion if compared to these clubs, when it comes to Primavera. But should do better than last year, that was kind of disastrous. Let's see.

Actually I think Coccolo started most games as a LB.

Zappa was definitely the go-to left back for last season, he came in the later window, we have basically transformed him like Zambrotta. He and Lirola look very good overlapping.

I just think that Cassata is more talented and useful to come inside from the left. Both are RW players but Udoh is more of an athlete and likes running the channel. Vadalà will be first choice for sure in that right wing forward position.

Macek really is better in a midfield 3 or 4, more of a Beckham than a Pirlo, but he's versatile.

    Tak!

Thanks everyone for updating this thread. I can't follow the primavera anywhere as far as I know. But I am really interested and want to stay updated.

Might as well, seeing as this is a constant revolving door of the next future champions :D

Once I get around to it I'll close this one and post some pre-season results.
