Paratici spends 10M anually on youngsters, 99% of them to the youth ranks...

We better see some results soon
results in which way. Winning titles or getting players in the first team squad and be a regular like giovinco and marchisio.

In my opinion the last thing is way more important and that is were an academy should be for.

all though atm the step from primavera to first team is way to big, they should try to close that gap.
loaning them out to serie b teams only makes them better if they can play regularly.

perfectly would be if juve could have a team with players in the age 19-21 in serie b or c. Then the under 19's can play in primavera.
Padovan, beltrame, masi, gabriel, leali etc should play every week in serie b or c. I know some do but i do also know some barely get minutes.

Getting players into the first team is the real goal, no one really cares about youth titles. Of course it's always harder to do it at a big CL club such as ourselves, but the youth system should at least pay for itself over time, and we'll pick the best ones.

Yes, but that is actually quite short sighted by a lot of young players and their agents because they have close to zero immediate chance to play here. The back up plan is the certain chance to play elsewhere on loan or co-ownership. But in reality if those players started off at a lowly Serie A or higher Serie B team they would progress more quickly as their club would be looking to play them to develop them and increase their value, which is one reason why co-ownerships exist to bridge that gap.

Well getting players in the first squad depends on the first team squad manager. We all know Conte doesn't really trust youngsters.

So with the amount of money that is spent, yes Juve should be able to compete against the best youth squads in Europe.

And I'm sure that for a talented youngster, except for GKs and maybe CBs, it's much better to train with the first team squad and play occasionally for it than playing for shitty serie B teams. Players don't only improve with official game time, but also with training with the best.

Really hoping Beltrame will continue to get minutes for Bari.

Leali and Gabriel are pretty much locks for Spezia. Magnusson getting some playing time too now.

Rugani is a regular for Empoli as well.

I think all those names are pretty much our brighest youngsters right now. (not in Serie A)

The rest aren't getting much playing time.

We apparently signed a young Cypriot striker, Grygoris Kastanos. He was wanted by Arsenal, Man City and Udinese. He was born in 1998
