Hopefully with a new era we’ll pay (even more) attention to some parts of the club:

- injury prevention and research
- player development and scouting
- financial sustainability

Maybe besides the financial sustainability it’s wishful thinking with a president who enjoyed most of his career as a accountant, but if we reflect on the past years we’ve had a horrible record regarding injuries even though we opened the J Medical in 2016. Who remembers the Milan Lab who seriously did a great job ironically until Allegri arrived. Something has to go wrong there, I refuse to believe that it’s sheer coincidence that we have so many injuries. Science probably has the answers

Player development and scouting I have to say that it were the last words of Agnelli who literally said that within a few years we could expect 50 to 70% of our squad existing of youth players. That a awful lot but in a way I really hope that we’ll be able to combine top players with genuine talent.

If we look to the pillars of the club in recent years we’ve spend a immense amount of time to commercialisation, governance (SL, Serie A media company, Agnelli working for the UEFA) and player development (NextGen). More attention please to things that will actually benefit the club in the long haul and not just increasing revenue but actually creating value.
