When you can fail for 15 years but still have money to build things like this.
Typical of salford based bbc sport once again gloating or talking like utd, like its thr only team in the country. Every second articles on their website is about them.

They've been on about a stadium for 18 months and still not sure how to fund it. Watch the council and government contribute heavily towards this. Feel for some of them Manchester locals, that council tax is gonna be sky high.

How the fark will the new stadium be funded? Jim has money for a new stadium but can't pay for staff meals? United do not have the funds to even begin to think about funding it alone.

They would have to look at exploring naming rights for the new stadium. That alone would bring in roughly £15m a year if they were to hand over the name of their new stadium to a commercial partner. This is something they had not previously entertained at Old Trafford. But Arsenal fans have got used to the Emirates and Manchester City fans seem to have no problem with calling their home the Etihad. This type of shit in modern football still disgusts me.

Borrowing money is not as cheap as it used to be either. Spurs' got a good deal on their long-term loan before COVID so that isn't a fair comparison.

This is just a vanity exercise IMO. The likelihood is Jim will go cap in hand to the government begging for money who will hopefully tell him to piss off, at which point he will scrap the new stadium plan, blaming the stingy government, and get Brailsford and his team up on the roof with some duct tape to patch the leaks.

Quenda and now Essugo.
Chelsea spending spree continue.
In winter they recruited Amougou, and they still have Andrey Santos.
It means Veiga will be permanent CB / LB for them or at least open the door to transfer to us.

Chelsea is a joke of a club and has been for years.

So many random and mediocre players and managers coming in that door for absurd amounts all the time. No plan whatsoever.
