Incredible run by Arsenal though. Their team is still relatively young. I can see them winning the league sooner or later.

Winning cycles are not meant to last forever. JJ been through that, Bayern going through it right now, their core is getting a bit older too so other teams will always have a chance to end their dominance.

I bet the 2024-25 season will be Pep's last year with City (when his contract ends), which coincidentally aligns perfectly when the inevitable punishments are handed out to City (although I'm sure City's dream team of attorneys will appeal any punishment to drag it out another 3 years).

The EPL will be wide open in 2025-26 after City probably win their 5th in a row next season.

Enjoyed this seasono. Was rooting for Arsenal or Liverpool to topple City. But am cool with City changing the big club landscape in that league, helps that I don’t personally know any City fans. Also Villa top 4 lol.

Love the irony — they hate that they have become a meme farmer league themselves. Never understand neutrals supporting Arsenal — cringe fanbase
Couldnt’t agree more. And as much as I dislike City, I hope they’re gonna win 5, 6 and 7 in a row, mostly just because it will make those insufferable PL fans stfu.

But I guess it won’t come to that, seems like the case against City starts now. Just can’t see them get relegated though, too much corruption and money involved. PL also doesn’t want anything that hurts their “product” so to speak.

Guardiola is also making his escape plans. Sounds like he might do one more season but is now "out of challenges".

Arsenal fanbase is cringe and insufferable.

Never understod why people want to support that club, unless they’re from London. Sure they had some great teams through out the years, but Arsenal as a club is one of the most overrated of all time imo.

Just don’t get the appeal.

I feel like they have a huge number of black fans, especially those from Africa or of African heritage. Because they were one of the pioneer clubs for black players back in the day, and over the past 20 years have had many extremely influential players from the same background.

Good and long may shitty continue to win it. I hope they do a another 5 in a row so we can call it a one team league. We can then watch the rest of EPL cry complain about the difference in money, just like they been watching us and the rest of europe.
This crying about money is mostly from the fans. Most managers credit the insane consistency and total points tally to Pep.

Part of this is because they know that consistency is really hard to pull off, and because there’s a few clubs like Chelsea and United, who’ve been spending insane sums of money and have nothing to show for it. They know they have only themselves to blame.

They are never even in contention like Liverpool and Arsenal. These two can claim they can’t compete financially (but rarely do) because their level is as high as it could be within their constraints. But the others can’t because they’ve been outshone by the likes of Aston Villa and Spurs in recent years.

Every fan base has cringe elements.

Arsenal just has AFTV which gave exposure to some strange characters amongst them and made them famous. Credit to AFTV to be honest they invented this “medium”. They started off interviewing randos and then realized some characters attract viewers (Troopz etc…) and turned them into some kind of reality TV stars.

Watch the fan channels of other clubs or skim through any fan forum (including this one) and you’ll see all kinds of strange or cringe characters
