Defending 2-0 can be tricky, but doing it on 3-0 is normal. There's that point where you can stop because you don't want to tire players for no reason whatsoever, plus you avoid risking injuries, imo nothing wrong with that. City can do whatever they want, it's this stage of the season plus when you have depth (money) you can just play the game without thinking.
What I do mind is seeing us defend 1-0 quite often. Not us but that is/was the Italian thing.
