Terrible defending from both teams in tonights game
Its mainly Chalobah, shocking performance by him so far. Gifting Pool left and right.

Chelsea first goal is an INSANE wonder goal, nothing to do with poor defending. And 2nd goal comes from counter space when whole Liverpool team was still in shock after kova goal, Chelsea had the momentum for few minutes while pool were shocked and it paid off with the goal by Pulisic.

Otherwise most of the half been decent good footie, besides Chalobah being a clown.

Positioning from both teams have been really bad. Only bad decision making is the reason there havent been scored more goals

Hence my comment of poor defending, not everyone has been bad, but the overall structure of both teams have been poor

Oh yeah that's the norm in EPL

They like instinctive and aggressive games at times when games open up, they forget their positionings and just go blow for blow. They forget sometimes they need to hold the ball and calm down the play, instead just press and counter often, means opens up themselves more in emotional high phases of the games.

Yeah, it’s the same in Germany/Bundesliga

I’m just finding it amusing because the PL fans often claim how difficult it is to score in the PL

The big EPL games are usually closed off and boring uneventful low scoring affairs. So we should appreciate when a game is as open as this one is. More entertaining.

Liverpool tend to get that out from their opponents more then others.

imagine wanting this player:

either marotta is pulling a moggi here or he's just a brainless, unprofessional idiot. or both.
Pretty sure it's the second one. With a contract that long, and that kind of price tag there's no way Inter can sign him again. Maybe he ends up playing for Conte in Tottenham?

the marotta part was a joke. his replacement is there, and as you said, beppe won't pay anything close to his book value. dunno about conte, and honestly i don't follow epl too closely this season. i don't even know what's kane's situation there. links are obvious though, i bet twitter is full of fan art already lol

Modern day footballers...
I think we'll see more and more of those. There will be plenty of players in the upcoming future unwilling to extend their contracts and/or asking for a short-term deals. I think more power will be held in individuals because, well, they do it. He may be retarded, which apparently he is, but Chelsea spent so much on him it's only hurting them. At this point he can whatever he pleases. I think we're going to see that more frequently.
