I very much doubt it.
dude they've just won ligue 1 and are in the semis of the CL beating the likes of PSG, Villareal, Spurs, City, Dortmund etc along the way. Napoli and Roma would have a small club complex which will never allow them to reach the level of a top club.

Regardless of how poor the prem sides are if there was a joint Italian English league I would chose the top 4 in the prem to finish above them due to this mentality. Now if Inter, Milan or even the likes of Torino or Parma were finishing 2nd or 3rd it would be a different story.

Not even against the opponents Monaco had?
No lol fucking Roma were thrashed 3-0 against Porto and Napoli barely made it out their group.

Villareal, Spurs, City, Dortmund aren't strong teams at all.

If they had drawn Real Madrid they would be out by now, just like Napoli.

Why you all come up with Roma? I said Napoli.

Napoli won their group, and then got the worst possible opoonent in the next round. Monaco got one of the easiest. Roma got 3 reds vs Porto, not exactly like they were roflstomped

Roma were 1-0 down at home before they got their first red for De Rossi. If they werent such a useless weak mentality club that idiot De Rossi wouldnt have gotten a red. Napoli got the easiest group and barely passed. City were not the easiest draws there were atleast five easier.

Huh? Benfica is better than all the teams in Monacos group, and Besiktas went much further in the EL than Tottenham. If Napoli played City and Dortmund, theyd have been in the semifinal now. If Monaco played Real theyd be out.

Roma lost with 2 man down at home and got a draw with 1 man down away. Porto werent the better team that tie

Not to mention Monaco could have easily gone out against City. That game was a complete mess.

Benfica the same team who were lubricated 4-0 by Dortmund in the ro16 are at the same level as Spurs and Leverkusen. The Europa league does not deserve any weight Celta Vigo are in the semis along with Ajax are they superior to Roma? If Napoli had faced City or Dortmund they would have been out of the ro16 because they are LOSERS.

St. Totteringham's Day

Saint Totteringham's Day is a concept created in 2002 and first published on arseweb.com.[12][13] It is held on the day when Arsenal have gathered enough points to be mathematically assured to finish ahead of Tottenham in the league table. In 2007, the concept was first mentioned (mistakenly as St. Totteridge) in a 2008 Arsenal–Aston Villa official match programme[14] although there are suggestions that it has existed since 2005.[15] St. Totteringham's day 2010 was the first time the celebration was acknowledged by mainstream media, with mentions from the BBC,[16] The Sun,[17] Daily Mail[18] and The Guardian[19] newspapers.

The unofficial holiday did not occur in 2017, when Spurs' 2–0 win over Arsenal on 30 April ensured that Tottenham would finish above Arsenal in the league for the first time in 22 years.

Spurs went out in the group and couldnt beat Gent with a full squad in the EL, and Leverkusen lost in round of 16 (forgot even to whom, thats how irrelevant they are) and are 3pts above relegation zone in Germany but yeah, they are better than Benfica.

judging teams by how far they go in cup competitions is a two edged sword. for example, Roma went out in Ro.16, but it was vs Lyon who are one of the strongest teams in the competition. Tottenham went out vs a belgian team, i dont think i have to say anything else really. thats why you cant say Celta is better than Roma because they are in the semifinal, and you cant also say Monaco is better thn Napoli for the saem reason

Roma getting 3 reds against Porto doesn't speak to how bad they are?
