It was his first appearance since returning better to take it easy rather than risk destroying a promising career even before it has started.

City are just ineffective. It's all build-up without any progression, one Jesus won't chance that.

It was a derby and probably their biggest game. Since he came on they looked much more dangerous, brought the fans alive, just little too late as mourinho started to do his defensive subs around the same time. Of course it doesn't justify how piss poor they are as a team but Jesus is a man of braziliance who clearly made the last 5-10 minutes better to watch.
